Student Enrollment & Training Agreement

Welcome to Speedway Driving School. By enrolling in any driving instruction program, scheduling driving lessons, or utilizing our training vehicles and facilities, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the following Terms & Conditions. Please review these provisions carefully.

Enrollment & Registration

All prospective students must fulfill the mandatory prerequisites before being admitted into any instructional driving program at Speedway Driving School.

Age & Identification Requirements

Learners must be at least 18 years of age (or the official statutory age for motor vehicle licensing in Pakistan) and present a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or official government-recognized equivalent.

Learner Driving Permit

Prior to participating in any behind-the-wheel on-road practical instruction, each student is required by law to possess an active and valid Learner Driving Permit issued by the designated Traffic Licensing Authority. Our administrative desk can guide students through obtaining this permit.

Medical & Physical Fitness

Enrollees must verify they possess adequate physical and visual capability to safely operate a motor vehicle. Any existing medical condition, physical limitation, or prescription treatment that may impair motor coordination or consciousness must be disclosed in writing during enrollment.

Accuracy of Personal Data

Registration information submitted online or in person must be true, current, and complete. Falsification of identity or documentation will lead to immediate cancellation of admission without refund.

Payment Terms

Clear financial transparency guarantees seamless scheduling, dedicated instructor booking, and vehicle allocation for all students.

Course Fee Schedule

Course fees are determined by the training package selected (Beginner, Advanced, Defensive, Ladies Special, etc.). Current rates are displayed on our official Services page and at branch administrative desks.

Registration Deposit & Full Clearance

A minimum advance registration fee is required to book course slots and lock in an instructor schedule. Full tuition clearance is mandatory prior to the commencement of the first practical behind-the-wheel driving session.

Approved Modes of Payment

Payments may be remitted via cash at designated branch counters, verified direct bank transfers, or official digital payment channels. Always obtain an official numbered receipt or digital confirmation voucher from our staff.

Additional Lessons

Students seeking supplementary practice hours beyond standard package allocations can purchase individual hours at the prevailing hourly rate, subject to vehicle and instructor availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that scheduling adjustments may arise. Our policies ensure equitable time allocation for both our students and professional instructors.

Lesson Rescheduling Notice

Students must notify administration or their assigned driving instructor at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule any scheduled practical session without penalty.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours advance notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, will result in that session being counted as delivered and deducted from the course balance.

Tuition Refund Guidelines

Written refund requests submitted prior to the commencement of the first practical driving lesson are eligible for a 90% reimbursement (10% retained for administrative processing fees).

Non-Refundable Threshold

Once a student has commenced their first practical driving session, all paid course fees become non-refundable and non-transferable to other parties.

School-Initiated Rescheduling

In instances of extreme weather, hazardous road conditions, technical vehicle inspection, or sudden instructor unavailability, Speedway Driving School reserves the right to postpone sessions. Such sessions will be rescheduled promptly at no additional cost.

Student Responsibilities

Safe driving is an active partnership between instructor and student. Every student must adhere to the following driving standards.

Punctuality

Students should arrive at the branch or scheduled pick-up point 10 minutes prior to lesson time. Instruction time lost due to student tardiness will not be extended or credited.

Carrying Mandatory Documents

Students must carry their original Learner Permit and CNIC during every single practical session. Driving without an active permit is a violation of traffic law and will result in lesson cancellation.

Instructor Commands & Road Safety

For the collective safety of the student, instructor, and public, students must promptly obey all commands and instructions given by the instructor, especially during urgent traffic maneuvers.

Zero Substance Policy

Speedway Driving School enforces an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol, illegal drugs, or drowsy prescription medications. Instructors are mandated to immediately cancel the session if any impairment is suspected.

Appropriate Footwear & Attire

Students must wear comfortable, flat-soled, closed-toe shoes. High heels, flip-flops, platform shoes, or driving barefoot are strictly forbidden as they compromise pedal control.

Vehicle Usage Terms

Speedway Driving School maintains a fleet of modern, dual-control training vehicles outfitted specifically for learner education and passenger safety.

Dual-Control Operation

All training vehicles are fitted with dual foot-pedals (brake and clutch/accelerator) allowing certified instructors to intervene, control speed, and bring the vehicle to an emergency halt whenever safety requires.

Care for Equipment

Students must handle all vehicle controls, steering components, and gearboxes with care as demonstrated by the instructor. Reckless mishandling or intentional abuse of vehicle machinery is strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Occupancy Restrictions

To ensure complete pedagogical focus and uncompromised safety, only the assigned student, the designated instructor, and authorized driving school examiners or supervisors are permitted in the vehicle during training.

Cabin Etiquette

Smoking, vaping, consuming meals, and handling personal mobile devices (including hand-held or speakerphone calls) are strictly prohibited during training sessions.

Insurance & Liability

We prioritize student protection and comprehensive coverage across all supervised on-road instruction.

Commercial Training Insurance

All official Speedway Driving School training vehicles maintain active commercial insurance policies tailored for certified learner driving training on public roads.

Supervised Driving Coverage

Under normal training conditions while adhering to instructor guidance, any vehicle damage or third-party accidental claims are managed under our commercial policy.

Willful Negligence Exclusion

If an accident or vehicle damage occurs as a direct result of willful defiance of explicit instructor instructions, reckless driving, or intoxication, the school disclaims liability, and legal responsibility may rest with the student.

Personal Property

Speedway Driving School does not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings, mobile phones, or valuables brought onto school premises or left inside training vehicles.

Always ensure your personal belongings are collected at the end of each session. Never leave valuables unattended.

Code of Conduct

Our school fosters a respectful, encouraging, and supportive learning atmosphere for students and instructors of all backgrounds.

Mutual Courtesy & Professionalism

All interactions between students, instructors, and office staff must remain polite, courteous, and professional. Verbal harassment, intimidation, derogatory remarks, or physical aggression will lead to immediate expulsion.

Dedicated Female Learner Standards

We take pride in providing a secure, comfortable environment for female learners. Certified female instructors and customized scheduling options are available. Any breach of boundary or inappropriate conduct will be met with immediate legal action.

Disciplinary Expulsion

Speedway Driving School retains the unilateral right to terminate any student’s enrollment immediately and permanently without refund for gross misconduct, safety breaches, or illicit behavior.

Changes to Terms

Speedway Driving School periodically reviews and refines its operational guidelines in alignment with evolving road regulations and administrative standards.

Right to Amend

Speedway Driving School reserves the right to revise, update, or alter any part of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior individual notice.

Binding Effect

The updated version will be published directly on this page with an updated effective date. Continued attendance in lessons or use of school services signifies full agreement with the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of enrollment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and traffic statutes of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
